Terms & Conditions — Oiltron Fuel

1. Nature of Service

Oiltron Fuel is a local fuel ordering and delivery coordination service. Orders are manually reviewed, scheduled, and fulfilled by our team or delivery partners.

2. Eligibility

To use the Oiltron Fuel application, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete delivery and contact information
• Be legally permitted to receive fuel deliveries at the specified address

3. Orders

All orders placed through the application are subject to confirmation and availability.

• A minimum order quantity may apply, as defined in the application.
• Orders may be declined or rescheduled based on safety, logistics, or stock availability.

4. Payment Terms

Oiltron Fuel currently supports Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

• No digital, card, or in-app payments are processed by Oiltron Fuel.
• Payment is made directly to the delivery personnel upon successful delivery.

5. Service Area

Deliveries are limited strictly to Quezon, Palawan. The service is not intended for use outside this service area.

6. Delivery Disclaimer

Delivery times shown in the application are estimates only and may vary due to:

• Traffic conditions and road accessibility
• Weather and safety considerations
• Operational or logistical constraints

Oiltron Fuel will make reasonable efforts to complete deliveries promptly but cannot guarantee exact delivery times in all circumstances.

7. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide a correct and accessible delivery address
• Keep your contact information up to date
• Be available to receive the delivery within the agreed time window

8. Limitation of Liability

Oiltron Fuel acts as a fuel delivery facilitator and coordination service. While we aim to provide a reliable service, we are not liable for:

• Delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Modifications

Oiltron Fuel may update these Terms and Conditions as the service evolves or as required by law. When changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
